Quality Inn West Springfield

This quality inn is clean and the staff was attentive. While it is right on the main drag of Riverdale Road and extremely close to Route 5, it was still a good choice for less expensive place to stay for the weekend. The room was comfortable and clean and surprisingly quiet in terms of Hall noise and/or volume from other rooms around us. They do offer complementary breakfast that was varied and delicious. There is a swimming pool in a very small workout room. Coffee is available in the lobby 24/7 and they offer free daily newspaper. I would stay here again for a quick visit. For $99 a night, this place can’t be beat.

The rooms were clean. The front desk lent us her charger, the checkout was quick no mess. Was next closest not booked hotel or inn that was close to our event, was a little pricey tho

Checked into West Springfield only to find out they had no reservation for us. Andy at the front desk could not have been more polite or helpful. He not only got us a room but a handicapped room. We will definitely be coming back.

The rooms are very clean and neat. We were there for 2 days and I expected them to come in on Saturday to at least get us new towels and clean the bathroom but they said we weren't scheduled for service so we got none. They don't schedule all the second day cleaning if you're leaving We came in on Friday night and we're leaving Sunday morning.

I stayed here on a Monday night. Great value for the money. My partner and I had a lovely time. Staff was kind and funny. Room was clean. Furniture was old and scuffed, and wobbly but still worked for what it was intended. Fridge, microwave, and TV all worked great. Lots of channels and internet. Our balcony glass door definitely needed some repairs. And Our floor definitely smelled like weed as most of the other comments read. But only during the evening. In the morning I didn't smell anything. Shower worked great. Breakfast was average, but free. This hotel is in a great location, immediately off the highway, and close to the mall and lots of restaurants. I felt safe, and will definitely return for the price.

I was a little nervous booking this hotel after reading so many negative reviews, but our stay was great! We needed a reasonably priced hotel while visiting our daughter at Springfield College. The Quality Inn was only 20 minutes away from her dorm, was reasonable priced, and offered free breakfast. We were greeted by two friendly check-in clerks, our room was clean and quiet, and we felt safe here. Breakfast was very good with waffles, eggs, sausage, and plenty of other choices. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and smelled good. Had no problems with checking in. The breakfast included is good! Would stay again!

I was pleased with our stay at this quality inn. The two gentlemen at the desk were friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The balcony was a huge plus. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the beautiful weather with the sliding glass door open. It was surprisingly quiet too. Being on a busy road, I did not expect this.
